I used Saudi airlines from Khartoum airport to Doha in 2/1/2017. when i collected my luggage there was a completely damaged suitcase.
I spoke to Saudi airline staff at Hamad international airport but they did nothing and refuse to accept my complaint. I wrote to the airlines 2 emails and no response was received. I spoke to the airline office in Doha 7 times and refuse to help or even investigate.
I send 5 message to Saudi airline duty officer at Hamad Airport he never replied back to me- his name is: Mr, Abdurahim. finally i just asked them to provide me with a reference number for the complaint they also refused to reply back
