I went to the airport at 10:00 am and I presented myself to Saudi Airlines counter at 10:20 am to check in where I was informed by the Saudi Airlines Staff that the flight been rescheduled to 11:00 am and they cannot accommodate me and my family anymore.

I been referred to the director of Saudi Airlines operations at the airport and he contacted the Saudi Airlines office in Alex and they assured me that they are going to contact me to inform about travelling back to Saudia on Sunday 30th August 2015.

MY COMPLAIN:

1- The Departure Date which is clearly written in the tickets (as attached) changed to 11:00 without sending any mails, SMS, Phone call inspite that all these information are available.

2- We were 6 travelers in this reservation and I made new reservation for my wife (2nd ticket) on 20th August at Saudi Airlines reservation office at Alex and no body informed me about the change in time.

3- To add more, I called the central reservation office in Cairo and they informed me that they did not call or send anything because they assumed that it is already done while doing the new reservation for my wife.

4- No body contacted me from Saudi Airlines till the time of sending this e-mail inspite that I called the central reservation office at Cairo many times and requested any sort of reply and they said that they will convey the message to the concerned personnel.

5- I had to complain at Alexandria Airport Security Office and Alexandria Airport Police Station to have a documentation with what happened as I have to report to my work tomorrow and my children have to go to school tomorrow also and what happened may lead to critical consequences as regards these issues.

6- I am a frequent traveler on Saudi Airlines and My Al Fursan No 1656**** and I am not satisfied with the way of staff management to my problem. I know that mistakes happened but I did not expect that I am not going to get the optimum help.

7- I do believe that there was a serious communication problem caused by Saudi Airlines which lead to critical situation which I have now that may have a serious impact on me and my family.

Reason of review: Most of the above.

Monetary Loss: $3000.
