Saudi Arabian Airlines - Unpaid refundable tickets
I cancelled two tickets for flights from Jeddah to Turkey in 2014 and every time I remind SV IBE Support the usual answer is...
"Dear Saudia Guest ,We are so sorry, we will check again urgently with them as we didnโt get the response and you didnโt flow up with us then will back to you soon .Thank you for visiting Saudia web site, please if you have any enquiries do not hesitate to contact us By mail: ibesupport@***.com"
I have been chasing SV for two years now. I visited their office personally and found out that somebody checked-in on my cancelled flights.
I believe SV has no plans of paying me back my money and customer service is not in their vocabulary. Bunch of thieves!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $1500.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Saudi Arabian Airlines Cons: Customer service is very very very poor, Where is customer service.
